We are committed to a circular fashion future and want you to love your Kowtow garments. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Garments

Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Kowtow organic cotton tags still attached.

Label and Post

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest postal service point.

Processing and Refund

Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or credit note within 5 business days.
